Registration

For those arriving in Edinburgh early, registration will be available from 12pm to 5pm on Monday, 2 September and from 9am to 5pm on Tuesday, 3 September at Edinburgh Law School, Old College

Updates to the programme

Practicalities for SIHDA 2019 Presenters

Conference Information, Conference Programme

Some information for those who have had papers accepted for SIHDA 2019:

  • We have received a very large number of paper proposals. It is likely that there will be four/five sessions running concurrently throughout the duration of the conference.
  • Papers should be 20 minutes in length with an additional 10 minutes allocated for discussion. Given the size of the conference, the session chairs will enforce this limit rather specifically, so please ensure that your paper conforms to this time limit.
  • You may use either PowerPoint or handouts. If you plan to use PowerPoint, please ensure that your presentation is compatible with the latest version of Windows and bring your presentation with you on a memory stick. Please do not leave your presentation on a laptop as we cannot guarantee the availability of connectors in all the venues.
  • If you plan to use a handout, please ensure that you bring 30 copies for distribution. Given the size of the conference, we will not be able to make last-minute copies of handouts on the day.
  • If you plan to use an audio or video file, please observe the same rules as for PowerPoint, especially in relation to compatibility with Windows.

Les adjunto la tercera “convocatoria de ponencias” para SIHDA 2019 en Edimburgo.

Aquí encontrarán la información necesaria en lo referente a inscripción en la conferencia y entrega de los resúmenes en la página web.

Permítanme recordarles los siguientes plazos:

1. La “inscripción anticipada” cerrará el 31 de marzo de 2019. Aún quedan algunas plazas disponibles, pero no muchas.

2. La “entrega de resúmenes” cerrará el 31 de mayo de 2019. Asegúrese de entregar su resumen terminado para esa fecha.

3. La “asistencia a la conferencia” cerrará el 16 de agosto de 2019. Después de esa fecha no es posible inscribirse para asistir a la conferencia.

Ecco la terza “call for papers” relativa al convegno della SIHDA che si terrà Edimburgo nel 2019.

Il sito internet ufficiale del convegno è consultabile all’indirizzo: https://www.sihda2019.law.ed.ac.uk. Qui troverete le informazioni necessarie per l’iscrizione al convegno e l’invio degli abstract.

Mi permetto di ricordarvi alcune scadenze:

1. Il termine per l’iscrizione “early-bird” è il 31 marzo 2019. Ci sono alcuni posti ancora disponibili, ma non sono molti.

2. Il termine ultimo per l’invio degli abstract è il 31 maggio 2019. Siete pregati/e di inviare il vostro abstract definitivo entro questa data.

3. Il termine ultimo per iscriversi al convegno è il 16 agosto 2019. Oltre tale data non sarà più possibile iscriversi per partecipare al convegno.

Non vediamo l’ora di darvi il benvenuto a Edimburgo.

dies ist der dritte Aufruf zum Einreichen von Beiträgen für die SIHDA 2019 in Edinburgh.

Die Adresse der Hauptwebsite der Konferenz lautet: https://www.sihda2019.law.ed.ac.uk. Auf der Website finden Sie die notwendigen Informationen zur Registrierung für die Konferenz und zur Einreichung von Abstracts.

Ich möchte Sie gerne nochmals an bestimmte Fristen erinnern:

1. Die „Frühbucheranmeldung“ ist bis zum 31. März 2019 möglich. Es gibt nur noch einige wenige Plätze.

2. Der „Einsendeschluss für Abstracts“ ist am 31. Mai 2019. Bitte stellen Sie sicher, dass Sie Ihren endgültigen Abstract bis zu diesem Datum einreichen.

3. Der Anmeldeschluss zur „Teilnahme an der Konferenz“ ist der 16. August 2019. Danach ist eine Anmeldung zur Konferenz nicht mehr möglich.

Ci-après le troisième “appel à contributions” pour le SIHDA 2019 qui se déroulera à Édimbourg.

Le site Web principal de la conférence est : https://www.sihda2019.law.ed.ac.uk . Vous trouverez les informations nécessaires concernant l’inscription à la conférence et la soumission des résumés sur le site web.

Permettez-moi de vous rappeler certaines dates limites :

1. Les” pré-inscriptions” prendront fin le 31 mars 2019. Il reste encore quelques places, mais très peu.

2. La date limite de “soumission des résumés” est fixée au 31 mai 2019. Veuillez-vous assurer de soumettre votre résumé finalisé au plus tard à cette date.

3. Les ” inscriptions à la conférence” prendront fin le 16 août 2019. Par la suite, il ne sera plus possible de s’inscrire à cette conférence.

Please permit me to remind you of certain deadlines:

1. ‘Early-bird’ registration will close on 31st March 2019. There are a few places left, but not that many.

2. ‘Abstract submission’ will close on 31st May 2019. Please ensure that you submit your finalized abstract by this date.

3. ‘Conference attendance’ will close on 16 August 2019. Thereafter, it will no longer be possible to enroll to attend this conference.
